Oran Inc. is seeking an experiencedPowerApps Architect/Senior PowerApps SMEto support mission-critical applications within aDoD environment. This individual will be responsible for the administration, DevOps processes, security compliance, and lifecycle management of Power Platform solutions (PowerApps, Power Automate, and Dataverse). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CI/CD implementation, Power Platform governance, and experience operating within DoD or similar highly regulated federal environments.Key Responsibilities: • Administer and managePower Platform Environments(PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse). • Develop and manageCI/CD pipelinesusing Azure DevOps for deploying Power Platform solutions across dev, test, and production environments. • Implement and maintainApplication Lifecycle Management (ALM)practices. • Support integration withSharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and other M365 services. • Managedata gateways, API connectors,andcustom connectors, ensuring compliance with DoD governance standards. • Monitor and ensure adherence toDoD cybersecurity regulations, including STIGs, RMF, and DLP policies. • Collaborate with development teams to streamline deployments and troubleshoot environment-level issues. • Automate administrative tasks usingPowerShelland other scripting tools. • Provide technical documentation, knowledge transfer, and support to internal teams and federal stakeholders. Required Qualifications: • Active Secret Clearance or higher. • 3+ yearsof experience with Power Platform administration and DevOps practices. • Experience building and managingAzure DevOps CI/CD pipelinesfor PowerApps and Power Automate deployments. • Knowledge ofDoD365-J, GCC High, or similar secure Office 365 environments. • Hands-on experience withSharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, andPowerShell scripting. • Familiarity withDoD cybersecurity compliance frameworks(STIGs, RMF, FISMA). • Experience managingData Loss Prevention (DLP)policies and Power Platform tenant settings. Preferred Qualifications: • Microsoft Certifications: • PL-400 (Power Platform Developer) • PL-600 (Power Platform Solution Architect) • AZ-400 (DevOps Engineer Expert) • Experience withPower BI, custom connectors, and API integration. • Experience supportingfederal clientsand mission-critical systems in classified environments.
