Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior .NET Developer with Azure expertise to join our team. In this role, you will maintain and improve the key Publish application and support various integrations within a Microsoft-based technology stack. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in full-stack development using .NET Core, C#, and SQL Server, as well as strong knowledge of cloud technologies, especially Microsoft Azure. You will work closely with internal teams and contractors to ensure the application's stability, security, and performance. Employment Type: Full-Time Work Authorization: US Citizen Place of Performance: Rockville, Maryland (On-Site) Responsibilities: • Anticipated needs and work activities include, but are not limited to the following: • Monitor Publish application performance and availability. • Troubleshooting daily issues in Publish, including system setups and configuration of a new standard or custom functionality, and bug identification. • Evaluate application problems and disposition as bug fixes or configuration changes. • Respond to Azure DevOps items assigned for maintenance or support working with the existing Publish development team, employees, and contractors. • Assisting the users in troubleshooting the issues related to using the Publish system, including issues with other integrated systems (e.g., Identity Management System, Policy Server, Oracle GBIS, WebMethods ESB, File Scanning Service, File Sync Service). Skills & Experience Required: • Seasoned developer skills with a minimum of eight (8) years’ experience, and well versed in developing solutions using Microsoft Platforms i.e. .NET Core, C#, SQL Server. • Experience with various technologies and protocols such as Angular, JavaScript, JSON, XML, SOAP, HTTPS, REST, and Typescript. • Experience with at least one integration platform. • Knowledge of security standards and techniques for web applications. • Experience supporting applications built and deployed to Microsoft Azure, including but not limited to the following: Azure App Services Blob Storage Azure SQL Azure Functions Azure Event Hub Azure Service Bus Azure KeyVault Azure Portal • Understanding of browser-specific compatibility issues. • Experience with integrating with external identity providers. • Experience using Azure DevOps (formerly Team Foundation Server). Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
