We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Solutions Expert to join our team at Oxenham Group. As a key member of our dynamic team in Crystal City, Virginia, you will contribute to the development of cutting-edge data information systems for global organizations. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in Microsoft Active Directory deployment and management, Amazon WorkSpaces integration, and Microsoft Exchange Server configuration. Key responsibilities include: • Deploying and managing Active Directory infrastructure, including domain controllers and multi-site replication. • Integrating Amazon WorkSpaces with AD for streamlined virtual desktop management. • Configuring and maintaining Microsoft Exchange Server for reliable email operations. • Developing and troubleshooting Group Policies to enhance security and system performance. • Automating tasks using PowerShell for AD and Exchange management. • Resolving AD, Exchange, and connectivity issues to minimize downtime. • Implementing backup and disaster recovery strategies for AD and Exchange. • Documenting configurations and processes for efficiency and knowledge sharing. Requirements for this role include: • 7-9 years of experience with AD, Amazon WorkSpaces, PowerShell scripting, Microsoft Exchange Server, and Windows Server. • Active TS SCI clearance (mandatory). • U.S. citizenship required per government contract. • Ability to work 50% onsite.
