Job Description The Azure Cloud Systems Engineer is serving as a front-line resource and expert for our clients. This role will assist with designing, implementing, and supporting various client environments (physical and cloud-hosted) both on-site and remotely. As the Azure Cloud Systems Engineer, you will have the opportunity to design, implement, and support both on-site and cloud-based client environments, with a focus on Microsoft Azure and network infrastructure. This role will require a mix of on-site at customer site, HQ in the KCMO downtown area, and WFH. What You Get To Do • Provide customer support via phone, email, and on-site visits • Set up and troubleshoot hardware (servers, firewalls, PCs, laptops, switches) • Design and implement network infrastructure • Manage network equipment (routers, firewalls, switches, VPN) • Manage and configure servers, Active Directory, DNS, and VMware environments • Configure and manage servers with PowerShell • Administer and upgrade VMware and NAS/SAN technologies • Deploy, maintain, and support Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and other cloud solutions • Troubleshoot issues related to desktops, networks, and cloud services • Maintain detailed documentation of issue resolution • Implement and assist with disaster recovery, backup solutions, and security best practices and documentation • Maintain software inventory, licensing, and upgrade policies Core Technical Skills • Microsoft Azure, Office 365, Active Directory, DNS • Network infrastructure (switching, routing, firewalls, access points) • PowerShell scripting, VMware, Hyper-V, NAS/SAN • Backup and disaster recovery, PSA, RMM, EDR tools • Previous or current experience supporting and configuring MS on-prem infrastructure and/or systems Job Requirements Azure, AD, Cisco, Palo, Firewall, Disaster Recovery, Powershell, O365, DNS, EDR, PSA, RMM, OS, Exchange, Sharepoint, Teams
