As a Junior Disaster Restoration Analyst, you will be integral to the mitigation division’s success by providing essential administrative support. Reporting to the Senior DR Analyst and DR Coordinator, your core analytical, organizational, and technical skills will assist with auditing files for completion and accuracy. You will audit files across multiple programs to ensure that all required documentation is collected and all required procedures/guidelines are followed. Your relevant experience with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook will further enhance our workflow, allowing you to collect, organize, analyze, and convey information that may be harder to see or understand at a glance. You must have a valid driver’s license, be able to pass a background check, and have a clean driving record. This is a drug-free workplace. There will be on-call, approximately 4-5 times per year. • Location: North Charleston, South Carolina • Required Education: High school or equivalent • Required Language: English • Required License or Certification: Driver’s License Job Responsibilities • Analyze drying data, photos, and notes to ensure efficient drying progress and proper IICRC procedures are being followed. • Evaluate the quality and quantity of notes/photos to ensure sufficient documentation is collected. • Audit files for any inconsistent, missing, or incorrect data. • Use a variety of programs to access, document, and organize information relating to the mitigation/restoration industry, including job dashboards, third-party administrator (TPA) portals, inventory systems, and mitigation management tools. • Assist the Senior Disaster Restoration (DR) Analyst and DR Coordinator, as needed, to best serve our clients and ensure efficient office operations.
