A company is looking for a Health Data Analyst to provide information and analyses to stakeholders regarding pharmacy benefits performance.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and interpret pharmacy benefit data, trends, and reports while delivering recommendations to stakeholdersInvestigate key drivers of benefit performance and participate in the development of analytic methodologies and reportsMay manage reporting and analysis for Centers for Medicaid/Medicare Services, including directories and bid supportRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mathematics, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience2 years of experience in pharmacy benefits management, reporting & analytics, or related fieldsEligibility to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorshipAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills for data manipulation and formula creationStrong knowledge of the PBM industry and ability to articulate industry trends
