Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams - Drive the design and architecture of software solutions - Act as a subject matter expert for software technologies and practices - Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects - Ensure adherence to coding standards, development methodologies, and best practices - Oversee code reviews, testing processes, and deployment pipelines - Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to define project requirements - Coordinate tasks among team members and foster a collaborative development environment - Resolve technical blockers and conflicts within the team - Develop high-level system architecture and detailed design documents - Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of software solutions - Write, debug, and optimize high-quality code as needed - Act as the technical point of contact for stakeholders and clients What You Bring: - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or related field/experience - 7+ years relevant programming experience - 2+ years leading software development teams - Strong knowledge of OOP and reusable coding practices - Experience with serverless environments, microservices, and RESTful APIs - Full-stack expertise in multiple tiers of modern web applications - Experienced using practices such as unit testing, integration testing, proper code documentation, and appropriate logging to develop highly maintainable and reliable code - Understanding of scrum, continuous integration, continuous delivery, and DevOps - Preferred: strong background in utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) as part of the development process
