Contract Title: Microsoft Dynamics Architect Compensation: up to $90/ hr. depending on experience Location: Onsite in midtown Manhattan Length of Contract: 3-6 months + Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics Architect to assist with a greenfield implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM and Power Platform), cloud solutions, and enterprise-level architecture. As an MS Dynamics Architect, you will be responsible for providing functional and technical guidance to the Business and IT teams, reviewing current design decisions, setting standards for development and implementing Dev Ops standards and tools. You will collaborate with various departments, stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure the efficient deployment of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. Responsibilities: • Solution Design & Architecture: • Provide architectural guidance and ensure that solutions are aligned with MS Dynamics best practices and the organization's technical roadmap. • Review design configurations for Dynamics 365 modules (Customer Service, Marketing, and Sales), including configurations, integrations, data models, and security architecture. • Guide best practices and methodologies for successful Dynamics 365 deployment and ongoing enhancements. • Customization and Configuration: • Ensure the Dynamics 365 solution is properly customized and configured to support business requirements. • Oversee the implementation of custom workflows, business rules, Power Automate processes, and integrations with external systems. • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: • Work closely with business analysts, functional consultants, and developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Ensure effective communication between technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders. • Technical Expertise and Innovation: • Stay current with the latest advancements in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related technologies. • Provide leadership on new trends and best practices for improving system performance, scalability, and security. • Support & Optimization: • Support MS Dynamics CRM system users and provide guidance and suggestions on system capabilities and best practices • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Dynamics 365 systems, ensuring minimal downtime and disruptions. Qualifications & Skills: • Experience: • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics solutions, with at least 5+ years in an architecture role. • Extensive experience in Dynamics 365 Sales, Dynamics 365 Customer Service, and Power Platform (Power Pages, Power Apps, Power Automate). • Proven experience in designing large-scale, enterprise-level systems with Dynamics 365 integrations and customizations. • Strong understanding of Microsoft Best Practices and MS Dynamic design standards • Technical Skills: • Expertise in Dynamics 365 architecture, cloud solutions (Azure), and related Microsoft technologies. • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Pages, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate). • Familiarity with other enterprise software and technologies (Dataverse, SQL Server, etc.). • Understanding business process management, workflows, and automation techniques within Dynamics 365. • Strong knowledge of integration tools like Azure Logic Apps, Data Flex, and other middleware solutions. • Soft Skills: • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking abilities. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Education & Certifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.
