Job Description: We are looking for a PKI Mid Systems Administrator with an active Top-Secret Clearance, to support a very dynamic customer in the DC area. We are currently expanding our team to support our federal customer, a world-wide recognized organization responsible for law enforcement and intelligence efforts. In this role, you will provide Tier 3 services to operate and maintain the customer's PKI infrastructure including providing policy, process and technical support to the design, as well as maturing and sustaining Microsoft Certificate Services and Entrust Identity Guard credential management systems, based Public Key Infrastructure (PKI). Responsibilities: • Consult with other members of project team and end users to identify PKI requirements and develop requirements documentation. • Contribute to the technical direction on all areas of PKI architecture, including policies, standards, strategies, automation and governance • Participate in specific assigned special projects/team activities as requested based on mission critical needs Required Skills: • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience • Active Top-Secret Clearance • Mid Administrative level experience and skills within multiple of the following domains: • VPN, PKI, and Encryption • Firewalls and Networking Infrastructure • Managed Security Services SOC Functions • Identity & Access Management authentication tools • Malware and Endpoint Detection & Response • Cloud Security • Security Orchestration and Automation • Visualization & Containers • Governance, Risk, & Compliance • Demonstrated success in project management and driving complex projects to completion • Provide guidance to key stakeholders on PKI lifecycle, processes and procedures • PKI administrative experience with computer security, specifically in Windows/LINUX OS environment • Experience with implementing and maintaining enterprise scale Identity and Access Management solutions using internally created and off the shelf products • Ability to utilize existing documentation to install and configure server hardware and applications/programs • Ability to facilitate customer service activities including working incidents and service requests • Ability to address customer trouble tickets in a timely manner. • Issue PKI PINs, assist with downloads, revocations of PKI certificates, and troubleshooting for users. • Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 ticketing support for all customer-facing services Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $100,000.00 - $101,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Professional development assistance • Vision insurance Compensation Package: • Yearly pay Schedule: • Monday to Friday Experience: • PKI: 3 years (Preferred) • System administration: 3 years (Preferred) • Active Directory: 3 years (Preferred) • PowerShell: 3 years (Preferred) Security clearance: • Top Secret (Required) Work Location: In person
