Job Overview: The SharePoint Administrator will be responsible for providing support and management of our internal and our client’s SharePoint systems. This will include site configuration, custom feature deployment, space requirements, all day-to-day administration, building and managing microsites and landing pages and assisting with end user training and troubleshooting. Responsibilities & Duties: • This position REQUIRES experience in SharePoint. • Implement SharePoint solutions that are high quality, scalable, customized and extendable solutions using best practices. • Develop and maintain a catalog of standardized SharePoint service offerings to support the sales team. This includes creating solution templates, service packages, and documentation to streamline the sales process and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality solutions. • Creates and manages lists, document/form libraries, discussion boards, surveys, calendars, web parts, workflows, etc. for internal and external organizations. • Works with clients on permission strategies, document management, internal communications. • Support implementation of SharePoint based workflows, development of dashboards, standardized site templates to include branding, user-experience enhancements, web parts, ribbons, workspace, Designer, integration with other Microsoft products. • Maintenance and sustainment of internal and existing client SharePoint sites and sub-sites, lists, libraries and content. • Reviews technology updates for new functionality to fully leverage the system, with an emphasis on Co-Pilot and AI integration. • Manage permissions to restrict and revoke access as required. • Create and present administrative and user training • Complete SharePoint related service desk tickets with proactive issue management and problem-solving. • Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: • Required: 5-8 years relevant experience with SharePoint architecture, features and administrative tools • Bachelor's Degree Preferred • Strong attention to detail • Ability to travel to client sites as needed • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team • Experience creating/modifying site and page design with master pages, page layouts, CSS, PowerApps and Power Automate • Experience running and creating scripts with PowerShell and MS Graph • Knowledge of PowerBI Preferred Environmental and Physical Requirements: • The work environment for this position is a standard office setting. • The employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and use hands to operate a computer and other office equipment. • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. • Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
