Job Duties: Driving formulation of documentation, standards, and production support processes for the Cloud Data Warehouse production platforms and applications aligned with enterprise policies. Developing, maintaining, and supporting largescale and complex ETL and distributed Big Data applications. Proactively detecting, troubleshooting, and resolving all issues affecting production applications. Providing clear, concise, and timely communication to affected parties during the investigation and resolution of any individual or system-wide outages. Ensuring and carrying out the Change Management hygiene for all changes propagated to production from a support and Steady State transition standpoint. Assisting development teams at the appropriate stages in application development to ensure any new systems or projects meet the Production Readiness standards. What you have Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related field and 72 months of progressive, post-Bachelor’s experience in a related occupation. Experience must include 72 months involving the following: ETL Tools, including Informatica Power Center or Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS); Google Cloud Platform, Big Query, and GCS bucket; Databases/Languages: Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle database, SQL (Structured query Language), Unix Shell Scripting, and Python Scripting; Linux (Ubuntu and RHEL7/8) and Windows Operating systems; Scheduling/Monitoring Tools: BMC Control-M; Reporting tools: Tableau and SAP Business Objects; and ITIL Process, Change Management tools: BMC Remedy and Jira.
