Description This hybrid position functions as a Tier 3 level IT Architect Systems Administrator II for the Integrated Network Services unit. The role involves providing primary support in resolving issues related to MS Windows systems and software, network hardware, scripting, software, and applications. You will act as a liaison between technical support and customer personnel, addressing enterprise-level concerns in Endpoint Security, Infrastructure Configuration Management, Remote Endpoint Management Support, Project Management, and Process and Procedure Documentation. As a resource for solving high complexity problems, you will leverage significant knowledge of specialized phases of endpoint security tools, applications, software, hardware, operating systems, and networking. Additionally, you will lead projects, supervise team members, manage timelines, resources, and personnel, and ensure successful implementation efforts.
