Job Description We are seeking a seasoned Azure Solutions Architect Leader to join our team at Leidos Holding. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for guiding our Department of Defense (DoD) program teams in leveraging Microsoft Azure to optimize their cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud computing, specifically with Microsoft Azure, and excellent communication skills to effectively coach and mentor teams. You will facilitate training sessions and workshops on Azure services and best practices tailored for DoD applications, provide one-on-one coaching to teams on cloud architecture, development, and deployment processes, and assist in the design and implementation of Azure-based solutions that meet security and compliance requirements. In this role, you will evaluate team skills and identify areas for improvement, creating customized learning plans. You will also collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to align cloud strategies with organizational goals and stay updated on Azure advancements and DoD cloud computing policies to provide relevant guidance.
