The Power Platform Admin is responsible for managing and overseeing the Microsoft Power Platform environment within an organization. Key Responsibilities: • Environment Management: Administer and manage the Power Platform environments, ensuring they are configured correctly and securely to meet organizational needs. Building and verifying the processes and flows that help determine the separation of duties within the governance and administration responsibilities. • Support and Troubleshooting: Provide support to users by troubleshooting issues related to Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Collaborate with Microsoft support when necessary to resolve complex problems. • Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and stakeholders to maximize the use of Power Platform tools. Create comprehensive documentation for processes, governance policies, and best practices. • Monitoring and Analytics: Utilize analytics tools to monitor the usage and performance of Power Platform applications. Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into user engagement and application effectiveness. • Collaboration with IT and Business Teams: Work closely with IT and business units to align Power Platform initiatives with organizational goals. Participate in project planning and execution to ensure successful implementation of Power Platform solutions. • Roadmap : Deep dive in current applications and proposing new use cases and building roadmap for future. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. • Strong understanding of cloud-based services and data management. • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Administrator Associate) are a plus.
