Justification: Provide presentations, reports, statistics, metrics, and analysis of services provided by Network Services Short Description: Receive, process, present data, and information from our weekly Helix datasets which are provided from another I&O division. Complete Description: Ø Extrapolate datasets from Service Desk Support Team and prepare using appropriate algorithm tools Ø Ability to obtain and report data analysis of datasets Ø Facilitate meetings to discuss data analysis of workloads and projects Ø Excellent interpersonal skills Skills, Experience and Education: Bachelors Degree, Required Organization and Prioritization skills are Mandatory Understanding CRISP-DM process model Ability to follow the steps for a data mining project o Business Understanding o Data understanding o Data preparation o Modeling o Evaluation o Deployment Requirements Communication and Interpersonal skills are Mandatory Previous experience working with multiple agencies and/or vendors and/or departments in an enterprise environment are Required Minimum 1-3 years experience with PBI, R, IBM SPSS, and/or Tableau Minimum 3-5 years experience with Microsoft Project and Excel is Required Minimum 2-3 years experience with DevOPs is Preferred Minimum 3-5 years experience with Remedy/Helix is Required Minimum 3-5 years working within a Telecommunications environment is Preferred Minimum 3-5 years experience in a large Enterprise setting is Required Minimum 3-5 years work experience with multiple network platforms is Preferred Minimum 3-5 years working with multiple network lines of service is Required Minimum 5+ years dealing with customers is Required
