Senior System Engineer – MSP | $110K + | Orange, CA (Hybrid) Are you a seasoned System Engineer ready to step into a role that’s as dynamic as it is rewarding? A growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) in Orange, CA is looking for a driven IT professional to take the lead on projects, migrations, and high-level support across diverse client environments. What You’ll Do • Design, implement, and support Microsoft-based infrastructure, including Azure AD, M365, Hyper-V, and Windows Server environments. • Lead cloud migrations and infrastructure modernization projects. • Troubleshoot complex server, networking, and firewall issues. • Manage and configure firewalls (SonicWall/Cisco), switches, and VPNs. • Provide Tier 3 escalation support for client environments and mentor junior technicians. • Work directly with clients to assess needs, implement solutions, and deliver long-term value. • Document solutions, maintain SOPs, and ensure environments are secure, stable, and up-to. What You Bring • 2+ years of hands-on experience in the MSP industry. • Proficiency with Azure, M365, Windows Server, Hyper-V, and VMware. • Strong networking knowledge (firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, switches). • Excellent communication and client-facing skills. • Ability to lead projects and juggle multiple environments effectively. • Familiarity with documentation tools and ticketing systems (e.g., ConnectWise, Autotask) is a plus.
