The team The Cloud & Data Engineering team at Hitachi Digital Services is a dynamic group of technologists focused on designing and delivering innovative, cloud-native solutions that drive value for our clients. We work across multiple industries, leveraging deep expertise in data platforms, cloud architecture, and intelligent automation. As a collaborative and fast-paced team, we value learning, innovation, and impact. The role As an Intern in the Cloud & Data Engineering department, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting cloud transformation initiatives and building modern data pipelines under the guidance of experienced engineers. This internship is designed for students who are passionate about cloud technologies, big data, and analytics. You’ll contribute to real-world projects using platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP, and work with tools such as Python, SQL, and Apache Spark. This is a great opportunity to learn, grow, and make meaningful contributions within a global digital services company. What you’ll bring Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Passion for cloud technologies and data engineering Exposure to Python, SQL, or Java Basic understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP Familiarity with data structures and algorithms Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges Ability to collaborate in a team environment Strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Prior internship or coursework related to data or cloud (preferred but not required) About us We’re a global, team of innovators.
