A company is looking for an Engineer Managed Services - Microsoft.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain IT infrastructure environments for Managed Services customersProvide 24/7 support for critical systems and participate in various client projects to improve technology infrastructuresDevelop and document technical solutions, proposals, and maintain communication with clients regarding service requests and project statusRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree and 3 years of Microsoft support experience, or 7 years of total IT engineering experience including 3 years of Microsoft supportProfessional experience with infrastructure solutions supported by Managed Services, including Networking, Enterprise Storage, and virtualization technologiesAbility to establish customer trust and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience in root cause analysis and strong organizational and analytical skillsMicrosoft Certifications such as Azure, M365, or Exchange are a plus
