Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Intune MDM Administrator to manage our mobile device and endpoint infrastructure. This role combines deep expertise in Microsoft Intune with Level 1 through Level 3 technical support, as well as familiarity with Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools like Kaseya. You will play a vital role in ensuring endpoint compliance, securing corporate devices, and supporting end users across various IT issues. Key Responsibilities: MDM & Endpoint Management • Deploy, configure, and maintain Microsoft Intune for mobile and desktop endpoint management. • Manage device compliance policies, configuration profiles, app deployments, and security baselines. • Enroll and support Windows, iOS, macOS, and Android devices. • Monitor endpoint health and take corrective actions as needed. Technical Support (Level 1–3) • Level 1: Provide front-line support for device setup, login issues, password resets, and connectivity problems. • Level 2: Handle escalated technical issues, perform software installations, and manage application troubleshooting. • Level 3: Lead root cause analysis for complex problems, develop scripts or automation for resolution, and assist in long-term solutions. • Maintain incident documentation in the ticketing system and ensure timely resolution. RMM Tool Administration • Use tools like Kaseya, NinjaOne, or similar to monitor, patch, and manage endpoints. • Automate tasks such as patching, software deployments, and system health checks. • Generate regular reports on device performance, compliance, and vulnerabilities. Qualifications: • 2–5 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or MDM administration. • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager. • Proficient with Kaseya or other RMM platforms (e.g., Datto, ConnectWise, NinjaOne). • Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android operating systems. • Familiarity with Azure Active Directory, conditional access, and endpoint security best practices. • Experience with PowerShell scripting is a plus.
