JOB DESCRIPTION HealthPartners is currently hiring for a Windows Server Administrator to be a member of the IT Windows Platform Services Team (WPS). The administrator provides organizational wide support of Server OS builds/Patch Management; Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, SCCM, LRS - Print management for the Organization, and 24/7 support as part of an on-call rotation. Required Experience: • 2+ years of Windows Server Administration experience • Knowledge\experience supporting Microsoft Active Directory • Knowledge\experience supporting Microsoft Server Operating Systems • Working knowledge\experience using Microsoft PowerShell • Strong analysis and critical thinking skills • Good verbal and written communication skills for both technical and nontechnical subjects • Experience with M365 Office Products • An overall understanding of disaster recovery and service continuity Preferred Experience: • Working support knowledge\experience with Microsoft SCCM. Hours/Location: • Monday-Friday; 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (core hours) • Afterhours / weekends as needed. • Participation in an on-call rotation • Averages once every 8-10 weeks. • Position may work remotely but prefer local/regional candidates for occasional onsite needs. Position Responsiblities: • Microsoft Active Directory/Azure-Entra • MS AD Domain Controllers • DR Recovery Tool • KMS License Server • RDP License Server • Microsoft Windows Server OS • Fleet of Windows Servers - deployment, monitoring, maintenance (i.e., applying Microsoft OS Patch updates on a monthly basis; assuring systems are available and healthy by proactively and reactively addressing any issues; ensures; meeting current security standards). • WPS infrastructure platforms – builds/maintains: • MS – Management Consoles (SCCM) environments • Microsoft Exchange/Teams • Supports corporate email/calendar Microsoft hosted Exchange. • LRS Print Environment • Services queues for windows and application needs • Windows Shared File Servers • Partners with all infrastructure, applications, business teams and vendors; active participant in project plans, upgrades, security and troubleshooting efforts. • Participates in an on-call rotation (24/7) ABOUT US At HealthPartners we believe in the power of good – good deeds and good people working together.
