What are we looking for? We are seeking a skilled Cloud Solution Architect who will play a critical role in designing, advising, and guiding the technical implementation of Apono in complex customer environments. As a Cloud Solution Architect, you will partner closely with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Product, and R&D to align customer needs with best-practice architecture and scalable solutions. Responsibilties: • Act as the technical expert and advisor throughout the customer lifecycle - from pre-sales discovery through post-sale deployment and expansion. • Design and validate scalable, secure architectures for Apono deployments across AWS, Azure, GCP, and on-premises environments. • Lead technical deep-dives in proof-of-value (POV) sessions with key stakeholders (DevOps, security, infrastructure teams). • Collaborate with R&D to provide architectural input, influence roadmap priorities, and escalate technical blockers. • Support integration with identity providers (e.g., Okta, Entra ID), infrastructure tools (e.g., Terraform, Kubernetes), and custom environments. • Translate customer problems to product requirements • Contribute to internal and external enablement through technical documentation, best practice guides, and deployment templates. Requirements: • 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, or Cloud Consultant in the infrastructure, DevOps, or cybersecurity space. • Deep technical knowledge of at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, Azure). • Experience designing solutions involving IAM, access controls, RBAC/JIT models, and compliance requirements. • Hands-on experience with tools such as Terraform, Kubernetes, scripting (Python, Bash), and cloud CLI tools. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and executive stakeholders. • Experience working with enterprise and Mid-Market customers and navigating complex environments. • Based in Israel or the NY Metro Area, working hybrid - part remote, part onsite for key team meetings and collaboration. • Bonus: Experience with identity and access management (IAM), zero trust architecture, or cloud security platforms.
