About the Role The Senior Software Engineer II role performs complex research, design, and software development assignments within a software functional area or product line. And provides direct input to project plans, schedules, and methodology in the development of cross-functional software products. This SWE performs software design — typically across multiple systems; mentors more-junior members of the team; and talks to users/customers and translates their requests into solutions. Responsibilities DevOps assignments within a engineering team or product line. - Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure for AI projects. - Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to streamline the deployment and operation of AI models. - Automate the deployment, monitoring, and scaling of AI applications using tools like Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform. - Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and error-free code releases. - Develop and maintain Infrastructure as code (IaC) solutions, automation of deployment, building High Availability network, working on container network - Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize infrastructure for cost and performance. - Mentor junior DevOps engineers and provide guidance on best practices and emerging technologies. Requirements: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Programming language experience in python, go, shell scripts. - 5+ years of experience in DevOps or a related role. - Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure. - Strong experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes. - Solid understanding of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure Pipeline. - Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or Ansible. - Familiarity with GitOps - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
