We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Systems Administrator to manage, support, and enhance our ECM platform, with a primary focus on Laserfiche. This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and performance of the ECM environment, supporting business operations, and implementing solutions that align with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities • Administer and maintain the Laserfiche ECM system, including configuration, upgrades, and performance tuning. • Design and implement workflows, forms, and automation to streamline business processes. • Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and data integrity. • Manage user access, security roles, and system integrations. • Collaborate with IT and business units to gather requirements and deliver ECM solutions. • Maintain documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and support guides. • Support compliance with records retention policies and data governance standards. • Provide Tier-2 support and escalate issues as needed. • Participate in audits and ensure adherence to IT security best practices. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. • 5+ years of experience in IT systems administration, with a focus on ECM platforms. • Hands-on experience with Laserfiche ECM system. • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and .NET. • Understanding of records management, workflow design, and document lifecycle. • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with enterprise-level technology projects. • Familiarity with virtualization and network infrastructure. • Project management or ITIL certification is a plus. Work Environment • Office-based with occasional travel to other sites. • Must be available for after-hours support as needed.
