JOB SUMMARY: Data Analyst Associate will be responsible for querying data and developing accurate custom reports for value-based care programs. The reports and dashboards should be user-friendly and to measure population health outcomes, support operational and finanical decisions, and clearly report compliance rates for all value-based care clinical outcomes. The individual has the technical skills set to access complex data sets/records in both the Electronic Health Record and other Web Based Applications to create meaningful data reports for all locations using the Microsoft Suite and Power BI. DUTES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Data entry for assessments required for grants, GPRA, customer satisfaction, and other measures as required • Tracking baselines, follow up, and discharge assessments due for value-based care clincial care outcomes including, but not limited to, NOMS, GPRA, customer satisfaction, and outcomes for all clinical programs • Creation and maintenance of Excel spreadsheets for tracking outcomes for all programs • Creation and maintenance of Excel dashboards for all programs • Preliminary data analysis for reporting • Creation and maintenance of Power BI reports and dashboards • Completion of manual data collection from existing records that can not be completed by data export KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: • Practical application in utilization of database and reporting applications • Proficient in the use of Excel to organize, analyze and report on relevant data points • Proficient in in the use of Power BI and other data manipulations as needed • Analytical mindset with good problem-solving skills • Knowledge of data management applications • Process problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently on a project as well as in a team setting • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Adheres to HIPPA, 42 CFR and NC State Confidentiality Regulations
