Overview How You’ll Make an Impact The Senior Advisor, Integrated Campaigns will play a key role in developing and driving lead generation initiatives for Epsilon’s data business unit and its solution offerings. You'll use your expertise in multi-channel marketing, demand generation, lead funnel management, and stellar communication skills developing & implementing marketing tactics that drive growth in our pipeline and achieve business objectives. You'll be an individual contributor, reporting directly to the Senior Director, Product Marketing and working closely with key partners, including Product Marketing, Sales, Creative, Marketing Operations, and the owners of our various marketing channels. What You’ll Achieve • Lead integrated marketing planning process for Epsilon’s Data solutions in close collaboration with Product, Sales, and Marketing, ensuring marketing activities align with business needs and priorities. • Develop the overall marketing strategy to deliver the leads required for the Data business and drive awareness. • Build, manage and implement a multi-channel, multi-touch marketing plan to achieve healthy pipeline coverage, expanding reach into existing accounts and penetrating new accounts. • Partner with leaders to establish meaningful, realistic goals and critical metrics mapped to business outcomes. • Drive the development of high-quality leads through various channels. • Develop robust lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the sales funnel. • Partner closely with Product and Sales to define key buyer personas, market segments, and target account lists based on how they buy and the customer lifecycle. • Embrace agile marketing operational rigor across the planning process, accounting for delivery cycles, dependencies, capacity, and prioritization. • Partner with peers who manage our paid, owned, and earned channels, as well as content, creative, and operations teams to develop and activate high-quality, compelling marketing initiatives based on audience segments and personas. • Optimize activities by reviewing results to measure effectiveness and improve performance based on learning. • Manage campaign budgets effectively and optimize spend to enhance value. Who You Are • What you’ll bring with you: • 7 or more years of demonstrated ability in integrated marketing campaign management. • Experience translating business objectives into a strategic marketing plan. • Proven ability to develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies. • Strong understanding of lead generation and nurturing standard methodologies. • Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • A “hands on” approach ! Base Salary: $107,250 - $178,750 Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
