Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 CE Technical Expert to join our team. As a key member of our technology consulting practice, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative solutions that leverage the Microsoft D365 platform. In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored technical solutions that meet their objectives. You will participate in technical design sessions, develop detailed documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: • Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Microsoft D365 CE platform, Power Platform, Canvas Apps, Model Driven Apps, Power Apps Portals, and Connectors. • Participate in technical design sessions; develop detailed technical solution documentation that is aligned with client business objectives. • Develop custom solutions and interfaces leveraging Dynamics 365 CE. Requirements: Candidate Profile: • CRC industry experience. • Hands-on experience with D365 Customer Engagement / Power Platform technical solutions..Net (C#) and JavaScript development experience within the D365 SDK, including working knowledge of the ODATA and REST endpoints. • Knowledge of object-oriented programming, relational database design, and software design best practices. • Functional knowledge in at least one D365 CE module, including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Project Operations, or Field Services.
