Job Overview We are seeking a skilled IT Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have successful experience with Office 365 Suite Management. The candidate will also have experience with Cisco products. In addition, the applicant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining network infrastructures that ensure optimal performance and security. This role requires a strong understanding of various network protocols and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. The IT Engineer will play a crucial role in enhancing our technology capabilities and supporting our organizational goals. Duties • MS365 Management: Lead the deployment, configuration, and optimization of Office 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive). • Migration: Plan and execute migrations to Office 365 from on-premises systems or other platforms. • Administration: Manage user accounts, permissions, and security within the M365 environment. • Support & Troubleshooting: Provide technical support and resolve issues related to Office 365 applications and services. • Security & Compliance: Ensure Office 365 implementations adhere to security policies and compliance standards. • Microsoft Technologies: Administer Microsoft Server technologies (Active Directory, Windows Server, Desktop Engineering) and Exchange migrations/updates. • Network Admin: Perform basic network administration tasks including user management, rights assignments, and password resets. • Hardware Support: Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot Cisco hardware and software (workstations, servers, enterprise equipment). • Design and implement network solutions, including VPN configurations. • Manage and maintain network infrastructures, ensuring reliability and performance. • Monitor network traffic and troubleshoot issues related to DNS, TCP, and other network protocols. Skills • Proven experience in deploying and managing Microsoft 365 environments. • Strong technical troubleshooting skills, particularly with Office 365 applications. • Experience with Microsoft Server technologies (Active Directory, Exchange, etc.). • Hands-on experience in network administration and hardware support. • Basic networking skills (TCP/IP, AD, DNS, DHCP). • Strong background in network engineering with a focus on VPNs and network protocols. • Familiarity with DNS management and troubleshooting. • Knowledge of TCP/IP networking principles. • Excellent computer management skills with an emphasis on maintaining system integrity. • Ability to certify compliance with industry standards and best practices. • Certifications a plus Join us as we strive to enhance our technological framework while providing innovative solutions that drive success.
