About the Role: In the Software Engineer II role, with a focus on AI Integration, you’ll collaborate with a dynamic team to design and implement new features and integrations that expand the functionality of our platform using .NET and C#. As technology evolves, you will also be tasked with refining existing solutions, ensuring they remain efficient, scalable, and aligned with modern standards. Performance is key. You’ll be responsible for coupling our broad technical ecosystem with emerging technologies such as AI Agents, Document Intelligence, Image Processing, and more. Responsibilities: • Integrate a variety of business workflows with AI services, using a fully programmatic approach. • Leverage the .NET ecosystem to achieve a performant, stable experience for our users. • Engineer efficient solutions and investigate questions around application performance and behavior. • Utilize source control in a collaborative environment to contribute code and to participate in code reviews. • Communicate effectively and often as barriers arise and as ideas surface. • Contribute to architectural decisions and technical design discussions. Required Qualifications: • Four-year degree in CS or related field, or similar, relevant technical experience. • 3 – 4 years of professional .NET/C# experience/exposure. • Experience and interest in leveraging AI/LLM solutions for business goals. • Familiarity with Git and collaborative source control concepts. • Conversational knowledge of Azure Portal and cloud-hosting/event-driven applications. • Ability to demonstrate knowledge in a guided, on-site programming exercise.
