Job Summary: The IT Administrator is responsible for the smooth operation and maintenance of the organization’s computer systems and networks, ensuring they are functioning efficiently and securely across all business locations. The IT Administrator oversees the records of all hardware assets, from desktops to printers, ensuring optional functionality and swift resolution of technical issues, along with keeping up-to-date on technology resources and threats to effectively act as the organization’s guardian against cyber threats, including implementing and analyzing security protocols and staying educated on the latest cybersecurity trends to reinforce the company’s defenses against potential risks. Applicable professional qualifications, such as Microsoft, Oracle, or Cisco certification. Experience: At least two years' experience in a similar role. Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies. Demonstrated knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.
