America for meetings and/or to train others. • throughout the United States • Full-time Apply now All vacancies The Data Intelligence Engineer reports directly to the Supply Chain Director. The Data Intelligence Engineer will take on a leadership role as an integral member of the Refresco network, with the opportunity to experience growth and success at the world's largest independent bottler of beverages. Key Accountabilities: The following are essential duties and responsibilities for this position: • Translate business goals into technical solutions by designing and implementing Power BI dashboards and reporting systems aligned with Supply Chain KPIs and planning cycles (25% of the time). • Coach and enable cross-functional teams across Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance on Power BI, helping them develop self-service analytics while grounding their work in real business use cases (20% of the time). • Supervise and mentor interns and junior analysts, focusing on both technical proficiency (Power Query, DAX, Power Automate) and business context to ensure meaningful, user-driven automation (15% of the time). • Serve as Supply Chain’s strategic liaison to IT, ensuring that Datasphere semantic models and integrations reflect the operational logic and reporting needs of the business (15% of the time). • Develop advanced forecasting, aged inventory, and capacity risk models, using SAP, Power BI, and Excel-based automation to support proactive decision-making (15% of the time). • Architect and implement scalable automation solutions (Excel VBA, Power Automate, Power Query) that replace manual workflows with logic-driven, business-aware processes (10% of the time). Education and Experience: • Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering • 2 y. exp. as an Industrial Engineer and/or Supply Chain Analyst in the beverage industry with supply chain processing, using SAP Datasphere, Power BI, Power Query M, DAX, Power Automate, SAP S4, SAP BW, Excel VBA Macros, SQL, and Advanced Microsoft Excel
