Location: On site in Memphis, TN, Houston, TX. Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic VP, Product Analytics Lead to join our Marketing Analytics team and spearhead the development of comprehensive product analytics capabilities. This role will drive data-informed decision making across product development and marketing initiatives by building robust analytics frameworks, delivering actionable insights, and creating sophisticated tools and dashboards that illuminate customer product journeys. This role reports to the SVP, Head of Marketing Analytics. Key Responsibilities • *Product Analytics Capability Development** - Design and implement scalable product analytics frameworks to measure product performance, user engagement, and conversion metrics - Establish standardized methodologies for product measurement, experimentation, and performance evaluation - Build cross-functional partnerships with product, marketing, technology and agency teams to integrate analytics into product development lifecycle - Develop comprehensive data collection strategies to capture meaningful product interaction data • *Product Journey Analytics & Insights** - Analyze end-to-end customer product journeys to identify optimization opportunities and friction points - Create detailed user segmentation models to understand diverse customer behaviors and preferences across marketing’s target audiences - Conduct advanced statistical analysis to uncover patterns in product usage, adoption, and retention - Generate actionable insights on product performance, feature utilization, and customer lifecycle progression - Lead A/B testing and experimentation programs to validate product hypotheses and measure impact • *Tools & Dashboard Development** - Design and build interactive dashboards and visualization tools that enable self-service analytics across teams, in partnership with our agency teams - Develop automated reporting systems to track key product metrics and performance indicators - Create data products that democratize access to product insights for stakeholders at all levels - Implement real-time monitoring capabilities to track product health and alert teams to significant changes • *Strategic Leadership** - Partner with digital product managers, finance analytics, and marketing leaders to translate business objectives into measurable product analytics initiatives - Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, influencing product strategy and resource allocation - Mentor junior analysts and contribute to building analytics expertise across the organization - Stay current with industry best practices and emerging analytics technologies in financial services Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related quantitative field - 7-10+ years of experience in product analytics, preferably in financial services or banking - Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and statistical analysis - Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar tools - Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent) - Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and attribution models - Experience with A/B testing methodologies and experimental design Preferred Qualifications - Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline - Experience with Salesforce products (Data Cloud, CRM, Marketing Cloud) - Experience with cloud-based analytics platforms (Tableau Cloud experience is a plus, AWS, Azure, GCP) - Knowledge of machine learning techniques and predictive modeling - Previous experience developing products in banking or financial services industry - Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance considerations in financial analytics What We Offer - Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package - Opportunity to build and lead product analytics capabilities from the ground up - Collaborative environment with access to cutting-edge analytics tools and technologies - Professional development opportunities and career advancement potential - Great work culture on the marketing team and a commitment to work-life balance About Us First Horizon Corporation is a leading regional financial services company, dedicated to helping our clients, communities and associates unlock their full potential with capital and counsel.
