Responsibilities: - ** Hybrid Opportunity at Seattle, WA 98168** - Define and manage the integrated test strategy and roadmap across all program phases including SIT, performance testing, regression, and production readiness. - Oversee centralized test planning, environment coordination, and execution in alignment with program milestones. - Partner closely with the UAT Lead to ensure effective handoff, coordination, and data alignment between SIT and UAT phases. - Drive cross-workstream test alignment, dependency tracking, and risk mitigation efforts. - Own and operate the defect management lifecycle including triage, resolution tracking, and escalation. - Report test execution status, metrics, and risks to senior leadership and key stakeholders. - Ensure timely readiness of test environments, tools, and test data. - Manage, mentor, and guide internal and contractor-based QA/test leads across functional and technical domains. - Enforce adherence to enterprise testing standards and SDLC practices. Requirements: - 10+ years of QA/Test leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a Program Test Manager or equivalent role for large enterprise programs. - Demonstrated success leading testing for complex, multi-workstream initiatives (e.g., platform replacements, system integrations). - Strong understanding of system integration testing (SIT), performance testing, and environment coordination. - Experience working closely with business stakeholders to support UAT coordination and readiness. - Expertise with tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO), JIRA, TestRail, HP ALM, or similar. - Strong cross-functional coordination, stakeholder engagement, and reporting skills. - Ability to work in hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery environments. - Proactive, organized, and outcome-oriented with strong analytical skills. - Must be available onsite to lead planning sessions, oversee execution, and drive cross-team collaboration. - Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, and Cucumber. - Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter and LoadRunner. - Knowledge of continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools such as Azure Devops, Jenkins, GitLab CI, and CircleCI. - Financial Experience (i.e. Credit Card, Mortgage, Auto Loan, Deposits, etc.) DESIRED - Background in financial services or regulated industries. - ISTQB or similar QA/testing certification. - Experience managing offshore test teams and vendor QA delivery.
