About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Collaboration Technology Expert - Microsoft 365 and Power Platform to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our Microsoft 365 SharePoint and Teams environments. Your Key Responsibilities • Design and implement efficient M365, SharePoint, and Power Platform solutions to meet business needs. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and develop effective technical solutions. • Configure and administer Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and other core Microsoft 365 collaboration tools. • Create, configure, and secure SharePoint & Teams sites, libraries, lists, workflows, and permissions according to best practices and user requirements. • Develop and maintain documentation for M365, SharePoint, and Power Platform solutions. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field of study; Microsoft 365, and Power Platform certifications) • Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 administrator, with expertise in SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Apps & Power Automate configuration and administration. • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 suite functionality, including OneDrive, SharePoint & Teams, as well as Power Automate workflows, connectors, and process automation. • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks is a plus. • Strong ability to interact and communicate with stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
