This individual works closely with senior leadership to develop and manage a product strategy, leading a team of analysts, developers, data administrators, and architects. The SBIA is responsible for the development, customization, and ongoing maintenance of data-driven solutions across various platforms, particularly within Microsoft and Epic Cogito systems. The role involves providing strategic leadership through exceptional customer service, technical expertise, streamlined product development, user engagement, and fostering collaboration within the team. Key Qualifications: • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field. • A minimum of five years of experience in healthcare, analytics, informatics, or a comparable area. • At least three years of hands-on experience with major business intelligence tools such as BusinessObjects, Tableau, PowerBI, QlikView, Cognos, or MicroStrategy. Additional Preferred Experience: • Background in clinical or healthcare environments and/or familiarity with Epic software. • Academic and professional experience with statistical analysis, data modeling, and visualization techniques. • Expertise in designing simulation, optimization, and predictive models to inform business decision-making. • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities. • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey complex data insights visually. • Experience with Epic Cogito Data Model and Cogito Tools Administration. • Proficient in managing multiple projects independently, from concept to implementation. Desired Skills: • Project management experience, especially with analytics-focused initiatives. • Expertise in Epic Cogito Project Management. • Programming skills in quantitative analysis tools such as R, SAS, SPSS, Python, and MATLAB.
