The Precision Fires and Maneuver (PF&M) product area is seeking an early-career Financial Analyst to join the Javelin Joint Venture finance Cost Controls team. This role supports the fast-growing Javelin Lightweight Command Launch Unit (LWCLU) contracts. To be successful in this role, you must be able to communicate effectively with Supply Chain MPMs, Program Operations Managers, and program and finance leadership. This role is being offered in an onsite capacity and is based on the needs of the business. Onsite work is expected in Tucson, AZ. Relocation assistance is not being provided. What You Will Do: • Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly contract specific cost and schedule variance and data analysis • Support the monthly forecasting processes • Frequent interaction with various functions and multiple levels of the organization will be needed, so the successful candidate must possess strong presentation, communication, and professional skills Qualifications You Must Have: • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related topics & 2 years of finance work experience • Experience with Microsoft Excel (i.e. formulas, models) • Experience in using SAP Business Systems or similar tools • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products. The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
