Key Responsibilities - Administer and support on-premises Active Directory: user/group management, OU structure, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs). - Maintain and monitor Azure Entra ID (formerly Azure AD): manage cloud identities, roles, and conditional access policies. - Configure and support Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) across integrated services. - Ensure directory security through proper permissions, auditing, and policy enforcement. - Support hybrid identity environments using Azure AD Connect. - Manage basic SharePoint Online site structures, permissions, and content organization. - Respond to incidents, troubleshoot authentication issues, and resolve access or sync problems. - Assist with backup and recovery strategies related to identity and collaboration systems. Required Qualifications - 3–5 years of experience in Windows system administration or similar role. - Proficiency with Active Directory and Group Policy management. - Working knowledge of Azure AD/Entra ID and hybrid identity solutions. - Experience with Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint Online. - Understanding of authentication protocols (LDAP, Kerberos, NTLM). - Strong communication and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with Conditional Access, SSO configuration, and MFA administration. - Familiarity with Azure AD Connect sync and user provisioning workflows. - Exposure to SharePoint site architecture and Teams integration. - Microsoft certifications (e.g., AZ-104, MS-100, or SC-900.
