Responsible for designing, developing, and deploying Business Analytics Dashboards using Microsoft BI technologies including SQL Server, Power BI, Excel etc. Analyze external data sources to integrate with existing datasets and relate a comprehensive BI story. Build compelling, interactive, and actionable reporting on top of structured data models that helps in deriving meaningful business insights from large, complex datasets. Supporting the full BI lifecycle from requirements analysis through design & development, and through release and support/maintenance phases Gather requirements and design reports/custom sales analysis tools for the Operations, Marketing & Sales teams. Some of the reports that will be required but not limited to this set are: Daily/weekly/monthly performance reports for Operational KPIs, Financial reporting, and Marketing/Sales metrics. Gather, publish & maintain information related to historical, current and future performance. Compile and analyze data on historical sales and trends to forecast future trends. Collaborate on identified ad hoc business problem-solving requests. Train team members/ users on Power BI tool, dashboards, and reports, as required by Commercial Excellence team. Qualifications: 5+ years of combined experience in business, accounting, or finance. 3+ years of experience with Data Analysis and Visualization of Power BI Dashboards Experience with data integration of Power BI, SQL Server, and Excel. Skills Required: Knowledge of SQL queries, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS); Power BI Advanced capabilities Advanced Excel Experience with any of the following: Azure, O365, Azure Stack, Azure AD Background in data warehouse design (e.g. dimensional modeling) and data mining; MS Power BI suite (Power Query/M/DAX); DAX experience ABOUT US: We are growing!
