Responsibilities • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate various systems used for seamless data flow and process automation. • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within systems used by defining data requirements, establishing data governance practices, and performing data validation checks. • Provide training to end-users on new systems or enhancements. Offer ongoing support by addressing user inquiries or issues related to system functionality. • Facilitate smooth onboarding experiences for new sales members by providing comprehensive training on Salesforce tailored specifically for the business unit. • Support change management efforts related to system implementations or enhancements by communicating changes effectively, addressing user concerns, and facilitating smooth transitions. • Develop reports and dashboards using business intelligence tools that provide insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to the business unit such as project profitability, resource utilization, or project timelines. • Up to 15% travel required Skills and Abilities • Strong analytical skills • Comprehensive IT capabilities • Ability to utilize advanced analytical software • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills • Ability to act as a liaison between cross-functional partners • Resiliency and flexibility with changing workload • Strong attention to detail • Able to meet deadlines and produce high quality work with limited supervision Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience • 5 or more years of related work-related experience in sales support, sales operations, or IT support • Salesforce experience required • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel • Preferred experience using advanced analytical software and creating dashboards • SharePoint Site Administration About Hearth & Home Technologies Hearth & Home Technologies (HHT) is the Residential Building Products division of HNI Corporation (NYSE: HNI).
