Responsibilities: • Architect and deploy reliable, scalable, and secure cloud-based solutions leveraging the Microsoft Azure ecosystem, including but not limited to Azure Web Apps, Functions, Logic Apps, Event Grid, Service Bus, Cosmos DB, and SQL Database services. • Work cross-functionally with engineering, infrastructure, and product teams to develop cloud-native applications and integration workflows. • Build and maintain automated delivery pipelines utilizing Azure DevOps tools for efficient deployment and code management. • Contribute to cloud-based development initiatives across their entire lifecycle—from planning and architecture to delivery—primarily centered on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 platforms. • Support the delivery of modern, cloud-centric software solutions tailored to evolving business demands by participating in hands-on design and implementation. • Evaluate existing systems and applications, identify areas for optimization, and drive enhancements aligned with functional goals and priorities. • Manage simultaneous development efforts while ensuring deadlines are consistently met. • Adhere to internal coding frameworks and guidelines, and help refine best practices where appropriate. • Drive accountability for individual assignments and ensure high-quality, timely execution of deliverables. • Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders regarding progress, blockers, and updates. • Research emerging technologies and stay informed on innovations relevant to cloud platforms and enterprise solutions. • Assist in assessing and piloting modern tools and frameworks that align with strategic business and technology goals. • Foster a culture of continual learning and skill development through formal training, conferences, or self-guided education. • Keep professional and technical competencies current through engagement with industry literature and peer networks. • Contribute to firm-wide initiatives by applying technical knowledge to active projects and collaborating across teams. • Establish rapport and collaborate with individuals at various levels within the organization. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline—or comparable hands-on experience in the software development field. • Minimum of two years in a professional software development role. Required Skills: • Hands-on experience using modern development frameworks and toolsets such as Visual Studio, C#, Python, JavaScript or TypeScript, Web APIs, Git repositories, unit testing methodologies, and Azure DevOps pipelines. • Solid understanding of designing and consuming RESTful APIs, working within distributed systems, and building microservices or event-driven/serverless architectures. • Familiar with Azure fundamentals, including identity and access configurations, secure networking practices, and resource security management. • Exposure to containerized workloads using tools like Docker and orchestration via Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) or equivalent. • Practical knowledge of automated deployment strategies and experience implementing CI/CD workflows aligned with DevOps principles. • Ability to navigate through all stages of the application lifecycle—from technical planning and design through testing, deployment, and ongoing support. • Competency in producing clear and useful technical documentation, guides, and process materials. • A collaborative mindset with strong initiative, curiosity, and a desire to contribute to team success. • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; able to remain calm and supportive in high-pressure situations. • Ability to manage shifting priorities and deadlines in a dynamic work environment. • Demonstrates professionalism and a service-first mindset when engaging with internal stakeholders. • Quick to adapt and eager to learn emerging technologies or unfamiliar systems with minimal guidance. • Excellent command of spoken and written English; able to prepare precise, well-structured documentation and communications. • Proven experience contributing effectively within a software or IT development team setting. • Brings depth in technical problem-solving and the ability to independently drive engineering solutions.
