Required skillsets/experiences: Terraform, Bash/Python, and expert-level experience with Azure/Atlassian products. Develop and implement automation strategies to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the company. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for automation and implement appropriate solutions. Utilize various automation tools and technologies to improve productivity and reduce manual tasks. Design, build, and maintain automated systems for deployment, testing, and monitoring. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or bugs related to automation processes. Continuously monitor and evaluate automation processes to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments. Stay up to date with the latest automation trends and technologies to ensure our company is utilizing the most efficient and effective methods. Train and support team members on automation processes and tools to increase company-wide adoption. Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure smooth integration of automation processes. Document and maintain detailed records of automation processes, including updates and changes. Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on automation progress and address any concerns or questions. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to automation processes. Proactively identify and address any potential risks or challenges related to automation initiatives. Act as a subject matter expert for DevOps and automation, providing guidance and support to team members as needed.
