What You'll Do: • Collaborate with and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions using a full-stack of development tools and technologies. • Showcase your enthusiasm for technology trends, experimenting with new technologies, engaging in internal and external tech communities, and mentoring fellow engineers. • Work closely with digital product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions that empower millions of Americans to achieve financial empowerment. • Utilize programming languages including Python and NodeJS, container orchestration tools like Docker, configuration management tools such as Ansible and Terraform, along with various AWS tools and services. Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree. • At least 3 years of experience in DevOps Engineering (Internship experience does not apply). • At least 2 years of experience with Cloud Native technologies (Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform). • At least 2 years of Unix or Linux system administration experience. Preferred Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience with Terraform or Ansible. • 2+ years of experience with container orchestration services such as Docker or Kubernetes. • 2+ years of coding and scripting experience (Python, JavaScript, Bash). • 2+ years of experience working with Agile Development Practices. Salary Information: The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are $140,000 - $159,800. This role is also eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives.
