Position Purpose This position serves as administrator and technical support for the enterprise-wide contract management software application (CMS). Responsibilities include acting as the point of contact for system users, resolving routine issues, collaborating with the software vendor, managing and reporting contract data, and leading configuration and workflow updates throughout the company. ________________________________________ Nature and Scope • People Management: This role does not manage people. • Reporting To: Manager, Senior Counsel (Vendor Contracting Area). • Key Contacts: Internal management, officers, employees, federal/state regulators, and legal counsel. ________________________________________ Qualifications Education: • Bachelor’s degree required. • Four years of relevant experience may substitute for degree. Work Experience: • 2–4 years administering contract management software. • Experience with issue resolution, data management, and business/AI reporting tools. Skills & Abilities: • Proficiency with CMS platforms (Icertis preferred). • Knowledge of application security, user roles, data formatting, and batch loads. • Strong business analysis, independent problem-solving, and process improvement skills. • Effective communicator with the ability to explain complex information. • Ability to maintain trust with users and collaborate across departments. • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and PDF editing software. • Strong organizational, documentation, and project leadership skills. • Works independently and sets own priorities effectively. Licenses/Certifications: • None required. ________________________________________ Accountabilities and Essential Functions • Administer CMS software in test and production environments. • Lead projects related to CMS upgrades, testing, and rollout. • Configure workflows, contract templates, clause libraries, and approval rules. • Manage bulk contract functionality and ensure accurate data conversions. • Create, maintain, and schedule custom reports using BI tools. • Support and train end users; develop user guides and conduct sessions. • Maintain user security roles and perform system troubleshooting. • Analyze business needs and collaborate with stakeholders to improve CMS usage. ________________________________________ Additional Requirements • Duties may be performed in an office or remote setting. • Must be able to sit or stand for long periods. • Must be capable of calculation, analysis, documentation, and comprehension. • Other job-related duties may be assigned as necessary.
