Duties / Responsibilities: • Produce information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics. • Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information. • Process engineering documentation. • Access recording systems, third party systems, maps, etc, and interact with them. • Track tasks and update various systems and excel sheets. • Maintain confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential. • Willingness to follow all departmental processes, procedure and guidelines during daily course of business in addition to compliance with all corporate policies. • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. • Associates degree preferred; minimum high school diploma or its equivalent required. • Demonstrated ability and a minimum of 3 years’ experience supporting Senior Level executives. • Exceptional aptitude with business correspondence, telephone skills, computer expertise including research and data analysis. • Must be highly effective in two-way communication to include written, verbal and telephone skills. • Exceptional customer service skills. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines, work under stress and be able to multitask. • Advanced computer literacy is required with proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word and PowerPoint. • Prior work experience in Telecommunications or other service provider company helpful but not required.
