REQUIRED SKILLS: 8-10 years of enterprise-level DevOps experience with a focus on process optimization, automation, and CI/CD pipelines. Proficiency in Azure DevOps, TeamCity, Bitbucket, Azure Pipelines for CI/CD management. Strong experience with Terraform and Ansible for infrastructure as code (IaC) and automation. Hands-on experience with monitoring and incident management tools (Datadog, LogicMonitor, PagerDuty preferred) Strong business acumen and communication skills to articulate DevOps strategies and technical concepts to senior leadership and business teams. Strong communication skills Preferred: Familiarity with SnapLogic for API management and integration. Knowledge of FreshService (or other ITSM tools like ServiceNow) to support IT workflows. Insurance industry experience is a plus but not required. Multi-platform experience in .NET and Java environments
