Introduction As a DevOps Architect you will support various client projects and initiatives. We’re seeking someone who is passionate about helping people adopt new technology and adapt to organizational and system changes as they do. What You’ll Be Doing The DevOps Architect shall manage and oversee ITIOD’s CI/CD pipeline and DevSecOps toolset and procedures. Duties for this position include performing quality oral and written communication relevant to CI/CD and DevSecOps in a complex IT environment. This is a Senior Level Position. Security Clearance and Citizenship Requirements Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance. Required For This Opportunity • Bachelor’s degree or greater in a relevant information technology discipline or in a relevant management discipline. • 15-20 years’ experience of progressively greater authority and responsibility, in IT services management positions • At least five (5) years’ experience in either CI/CD pipeline or DevOps/DevSecOps. • Demonstrated success implementing and managing CI/CD pipeline and DevSecOps toolsets in a broad and complex IT environment of similar size and scope. • Demonstrated ability for quality oral and written communication relevant to CI/CD and DevSecOps in a broad and complex IT environment of similar size and scope. • Proven leadership skills and ability to work with diverse team members, often remotely or at different locations. • Experience with people management and leading technical teams. • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills. • Excellent organizational skills, time management and ability to meet deadlines. • Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification • ITIL® Foundation or Practitioner v.4 certifications • DevSecOps FoundationSM certification from the DevOps Institute. Nice To Have Skills • Demonstrated success leading/facilitating/implementing change initiatives related to business processes and technology. • Demonstrated success influencing stakeholders through written and oral communication. • Ability to anticipate and articulate risks related to change management and user adoption. • Ability to facilitate discussions with stakeholders to ensure clarity, prioritization, and consensus. • Ability to work with different points-of-view, while always keeping the project objectives in sight.
