Job description
Migration from Azure DevOps to Jira: • Pre-migration assessments of current set up and work item structure • Ensure alignment across IT on migration related activities • Assist in working sessions related to onboarding and configuration of Jira \ User audits and set up • Participate in project configuration, workflow set up, automation, and user access • Post-migration clean-up and deprecation of Azure DevOps • Dashboard configurations • 3rd party integrations & set up (e.g., Tempo Time Tracking, etc) Ongoing: • User management (activating/deactivating accounts) • Ongoing configuration support • Adherence to Jira best practices • Security and access controls
