Key Responsibilities: • Model Development: Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models using the Tachyon platform. • Data Engineering: Prepare, clean, and preprocess data for training and validation of models. • Pipeline Development: Build scalable and maintainable data and ML pipelines to support end-to-end model workflows. • Model Training & Tuning: Train, evaluate, and fine-tune models to optimize for performance, latency, and throughput. • AI Workflow Documentation: Develop reusable templates and playbooks for AI workflow automation and governance. • Deployment & Integration: Work closely with software and DevOps engineers to deploy models into production environments and ensure seamless integration. • Monitoring & Maintenance: Implement tools and processes for model performance monitoring, data drift detection, and continuous model improvement. Required Qualifications: • 5+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning or applied AI roles. • Strong background in natural language processing (NLP), generative AI, and real-world model deployment. • Proficient in one or more ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn. • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and Kubernetes for scaling AI workloads. • Familiarity with MLOps practices, versioning, and monitoring tools. • Solid understanding of SQL and big data frameworks such as Apache Spark or Hadoop. Preferred Skills: • Experience working with the Tachyon platform (or similar AI platforms). • Exposure to model registries, feature stores, and automated model retraining pipelines. • Ability to work in fast-paced, agile environments and communicate complex ideas clearly to stakeholders.
