Job Title: Cybersecurity Engineering Lead Key Responsibilities: • Design and execute the cybersecurity engineering roadmap, aligning with enterprise risk and regulatory requirements. • Deliver complex, secure systems and cyber applications that support business innovation and operational resilience. • Lead the development of cybersecurity frameworks, process improvements, and risk remediation strategies. • Conduct competitive analysis of cyber technologies, metrics models, and performance indicators to inform strategic decisions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies, products, and provider integrations. • Drive system testing, validation, and optimization to ensure secure and seamless deployment of solutions. • Contribute to the development of next-generation systems that enhance the control environment and address emerging threats. Required Skills & Experience: • 10+ years of experience • Experience with Data Activity Monitoring (DAM) tools such as Imperva, IBM Guardium, or Jsonar. • Proficiency in scripting languages (Shell, Python) and strong SQL/PL-SQL expertise. • Hands-on experience with reporting tools like Tableau and Power BI. • Deep knowledge of Identity & Authentication technologies (OAuth2/OIDC, SAML, WebAuthn, PKI, LDAP). • Strong background in Oracle DB performance tuning and stored procedures. • Proficiency in Unix/Linux development environments. • Experience with cybersecurity tools including SIEM, IDS/IPS, and firewalls. • Familiarity with third-party API integrations and secure data flow. • Experience with DLP and data classification tools (e.g., BigID, Securiti.AI). • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and cloud security practices. • Knowledge of serverless computing (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). • Exposure to cryptographic tools (e.g., Prime Factors, Protegrity). • Object-oriented programming knowledge (e.g., Go, Java). • Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST and ISO. • Experience with CI/CD tools (JIRA, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Artifactory, Ansible). • Strong understanding of API authentication methods (OAuth, JWT). Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • Cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, GIAC (GSEC), or equivalent are highly preferred. • AWS certifications are a plus.
