We are looking for a Senior Back End Software Engineer with a focus on CI/CD practices who is eager to leverage data and cutting-edge technologies. What You'll Do: • Lead multiple diverse technology projects and guide a team of developers who excel in distributed microservices and full stack systems to create solutions that address the company's regulatory requirements. • Stay ahead of the curve by exploring the latest tech trends, participating in technology communities, mentoring fellow engineers, and occasionally coding or reviewing code. • Work closely with product managers to deliver robust, cloud-based solutions that empower millions of Americans on their financial journeys. • Enhance our Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery processes to achieve measurable improvements in service delivery. • Utilize various programming languages including Java, Python, SQL, Node, Go, and Scala, as well as Open Source RDBMS and NoSQL databases. Experience with Container Orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes is essential, along with familiarity with AWS tools and services. Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree. • At least 4 years of professional software engineering experience (excluding internship experience). • Minimum of 1 year experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Preferred Qualifications: • Master's Degree. • 7+ years of expertise in Java, Scala, Python, Go, or Node.js. • 2+ years of experience with cloud services like AWS, GCP, or Azure. • 4+ years of experience with open source frameworks. • 1+ years of experience in a managerial role. • 2+ years working within Agile methodologies. Salary offers depend on the specific location and will be detailed in the offer letter. This position is also eligible for performance-based compensation, including bonuses and long-term incentives.
