Job description

• On-site technical support to network clients • Solve technical issues through remote communication • Installation of workstations and printers • Configuration and installation of servers • Troubleshooting of network and server problems • Adding of new programs and users to servers and workstations • Software training to end users • Learn new programs and processes Technical Requirements: To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications: • Windows and Window Server editions • Active Directory • All versions of Microsoft Office experience required • Experience with hardware and software firewalls, including SonicWALL and Cisco • Technical experience with Microsoft networks and workstations Personnel Requirements: • Have proven aptitude for high-level problem resolution • Be a self-starter with a positive attitude and strong initiative to face the challenges of a very fast-paced and high-energy customer service organization • Present a professional and confident image with the ability to display strong technical knowledge required to maintain strong customer relationships • Be very flexible to change schedule during the day if needed • Be willing and able to do “what is needed” to finish technical jobs, including working nights and weekends as required • Ability to work as a team member with other support and administrative staff • Possess strong follow up skills and communicate open issues with other staff for reaching closure to project implementations • Have a proven track record for providing high-level customer service and support • You must be able to provide your own vehicle to travel to job sites Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Flexible schedule • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
